Israeli Military Operation in Qatar Exposed by Bibi’s Office
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The failure of the Zionist regime’s attack on the Hamas office in Doha, aimed at assassinating Palestinian resistance leaders, is regarded worldwide as an intelligence and military setback.
However, further information indicates that this failure goes beyond a simple intelligence-military defeat and involves a major internal struggle within the Israeli regime’s political system.
The operation was practically exposed through the office of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Netanyahu’s office sought to increase pressure on the heads of Mossad and Shin Bet, paving the way for an organizational purge within these two security agencies.
The Israeli regime on September 9 struck Hamas’s leadership in the Qatari capital, an act of aggression that has drawn widespread international condemnation.
Hamas confirmed that five of its members, including the son of senior leader Khalil al-Hayya, were martyred in the strike. A member of Qatar’s security forces was also killed.
