Occupation Troops Demolish West Bank Homes, Displacing Families

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Israeli troops stormed the Kafr Aqab neighborhood north of occupied Al-Quds late Tuesday, injuring a young Palestinian and leaving three more families homeless after demolishing their houses in the West Bank.

Palestinian sources said Israeli forces launched a nighttime raid on Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Al-Quds.

Local youth clashed with the soldiers in response to the incursion.

According to the sources, one young Palestinian was shot and wounded by Israeli troops during the confrontations.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces demolished three Palestinian homes in the West Bank town of Burqin using bulldozers.

The destruction forced three families into displacement, adding to the growing toll of Palestinians made homeless by Israeli military.

Israeli authorities claimed, as in previous cases, that the houses lacked building permits — a justification Palestinians and rights groups reject as part of a broader campaign to uproot communities under occupation.
