Entire Family of Iranian Scientist Martyred in Targeted Israeli Assassination
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – In a brutal act of state terrorism, the Israeli regime assassinated Iranian nuclear scientist Sedighi Saber alongside 12 members of his family in northern Iran, just hours before a ceasefire was set to take effect.
According to Iran’s English-language news outlet Press TV, the targeted assassination occurred late Monday in the city of Astaneh Ashrafieh, located near the Caspian Sea.
Press TV reported that the victims included elderly family members, women, and several children.
The heinous strike came shortly before a ceasefire agreement between Iran and the Israeli regime was due to take effect.
A family photo revealed the extent of the human loss, showing the scientist with his now-martyred relatives.
