At Least 20 Palestinians Injured at Gaza 'March of Return' Protest (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - 20 Palestinians were injured after Israeli border forces opened fire tear gas on protesters at the Israel-Gaza border, near Gaza City's eastern Shajaiya neighborhood in another week of protest.
Protesters hurled rocks and stones while Israeli forces reportedly used live ammunition and tear gas.
Several injured including five ambulance workers, and were carried away by emergency services.
The Great March of Return, launched in late March 2018, forms a series of protests along the Israeli-Palestinian border to demand the right for Palestinians to return to their families' pre-1948 homes.
A video released by Shehab News Agency shows the palestinian protesters in clashes with Israeli soldiers.
