Iran’s Fixture at 2025 IBSA Blind Football Nations Cup Unveiled
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will commence the 2025 IBSA Blind Football Nations Cup with a match against Poland on Thursday.
The round-robin Nations Cup will be held at the USC Ground in Kochi, India September 25 to October 1.
Iran’s Fixtures in Nations Cup:
Thursday: Iran vs Poland
Friday: Iran vs England
Saturday: Iran Vs India
Sunday: Iran vs South Korea
Monday: Iran vs Italy
Team Melli is headed by long-serving coach Javad Felfeli.
This tournament is an official event for the top six countries in the IBSA rankings announced in January 2025.
It is the first official event in the new cycle leading up to the next Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
Following the conclusion of the men’s tournament, India will then host the IBSA Blind Women’s World Championship between October 6 and 12.
