Iran Calls on Journalists to Disseminate Truth about Israeli Crimes
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran said the country is organizing “global press tours” to expose the Zionist regime’s war crimes following its act of aggression against the Iranian people.
“The world must see the truth! The Israeli regime is not only committing aggression against Iran —it is waging a war on truth and human conscience,” the Foreign Ministry said in a post on its X account on Friday.
“Israel has banned foreign media from covering missile strikes, subject to IDF censorship,” it noted.
“Why? To hide its crimes: While Iran precisely targets military sites, Israel deliberately massacres civilians —killing hundreds, including children, destroying hospitals, and leaving families in endless mourning,” the ministry said.
“Iran is organizing global press tours to expose Israel’s war crimes,” it stated.
“Never forget: Israel started this unprovoked aggression against a nation committed to peace,” the Foreign Ministry said.
The Zionist regime waged an unprovoked war of aggression against Iran on June 13. It carried out airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear, military and residential sites that resulted in the martyrdom of scores of top military commanders, nuclear scientists and ordinary citizens.
The Iranian military forces started counterattacks immediately afterwards. They Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Aerospace Force has carried out 16 waves of retaliatory missile strikes against the Zionist regime as of June 20 as part of Operation True Promise III.
