Sardar Azmoun Tests Negative for COVID-19
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran football team forward Sardar Azmoun tested negative for COVID-19.
The Zenit striker had tested positive for the virus but he has finally tested negative for COVID-19 and will be available for the match against Iraq.
Iran will host Iraq on Thursday in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium in Group A of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
Team Melli will qualify for the FIFA World Cup for the third time in a row with a win over Iraq.
