Iranian FM Reaffirms Strategic Partnership on China’s National Day
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi congratulated China on the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic, praising its achievements and reaffirming Iran’s commitment to deepening their strategic partnership.
“On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the Chinese government and people,” Araqchi wrote in a post in Chinese language on his X account on Thursday night.
“China's development over the past 76 years demonstrates the remarkable achievements a country can achieve by upholding independence, self-reliance, and self-strengthening,” he added.
“China is Iran's comprehensive strategic partner. No matter how the international situation changes, Iran will continue to deepen cooperation with China. I wish China greater prosperity and more fruitful Iran-China cooperation,” Araqchi noted.
