Yemen Rallies for Gaza’s Freedom, Defying Israeli Aggression

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Tens of thousands of Yemenis poured into the streets of Saada, raising their voices against Israel’s ongoing atrocities in Gaza and vowing unbreakable solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Chanting slogans of defiance, protesters declared loyalty to the martyrs of Palestine and pledged that no level of sacrifice would deter them from resisting Israel’s brutal aggression.

The mass rally in Saada was mirrored across Yemen, where millions have mobilized in condemnation of Israel’s relentless bombardment of Gaza’s civilians and infrastructure.

Witnesses said the anger intensified after Israeli strikes demolished a residential high-rise in Gaza City, further fueling international outrage.

In Sanaa, furious demonstrators denounced the Zionist regime’s deliberate targeting of densely populated neighborhoods and its destruction of civilian facilities.

Leaders of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement condemned Israel for flagrant violations of international law, with a spokesperson at the Saada rally declaring: “We stand with our brothers in Palestine against the Zionist entity’s crimes.”

The protests also highlighted Yemen’s broader resistance role, as reports surfaced of a drone attack on Israel’s southern airport that disrupted flights.

Rally organizers saluted “all free people” who rise globally against Zionist oppression, linking Yemen’s struggle to a wider front of international resistance.

Tensions escalated further following Israel’s terror strike in Qatar, an act denounced by Doha as a cowardly attack and a blatant breach of international law.

Protesters also condemned reports that an aid flotilla from Tunisia, bound for Gaza, was targeted by an Israeli drone.

As Israel’s onslaught leaves Gaza devastated, starving, and displaced, Yemenis vowed not to remain silent.

“We will continue to resist the Zionist regime’s aggression,” a protest organizer declared, reaffirming Yemen’s unwavering commitment to Palestine.

The demonstrations, part of nationwide “million-man marches,” underscore Yemen’s deepening resistance against Israeli oppression amid the Israeli genocide in Gaza.
