Iran’s Bagherzadeh Wins Gold in 2025 World Games
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Yasaman Bagherzadeh of Iran seized a gold medal in the 2025 World Games on Tuesday.
She defeated China’s Hailan Zhu 2-1 in the women's 70kg wushu.
The bronze medal went to Egyptian Menaalla Aly, who defeated Briton’s Krista Dyer.
The 12th edition of the World Games are taking place on August 7-17 in Chengdu, China.
