Rezaeian Signs Contract Extension with Esteghlal
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Esteghlal football team winger Ramin Rezaeian signed a one-year contract extension with the team on Wednesday.
The former Persepolis player joined Esteghlal in July 2014 and played a pivotal role in helping the Blues secure the 2024-25 Hazfi Cup.
The 36-year-old is set to be a key member of the team in the 2025-26 AFC Champions League Two.
Rezaeian made headlines by scoring a goal for the Iran national football team against Wales during the 2022 FIFA World Cup, contributing to Team Melli's 2-0 victory.
