Beiranvand Nominated for Best Goalkeeper in Asia
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Alireza Beiranvand, the goalkeeper of Iran's national football team, has been nominated for the best goalie award in Asia.
Beiranvand has been recognized for his outstanding performance in the Asia qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Iranian custodian will have to compete against Jalal Hassan (Iraq), Mathew David Ryan (Australia), Maarten Paes (Indonesia), and Utkir Yusupov (Uzbekistan).
