Negotiating Table Blown Up by Israel, US: Araqchi
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi hit back at the European parties for pressing Iran to return to the negotiating table, saying the US and the Israeli regime have ruined diplomacy and talks.
“Last week, we were in negotiations with the US when Israel decided to blow up that diplomacy,” Araqchi said in a post on his X account on Sunday.
“This week, we held talks with the E3/EU when the US decided to blow up that diplomacy,” he added.
“What conclusion would you draw? To Britain and the EU High Rep, it is Iran which must ‘return’ to the table. But how can Iran return to something it never left, let alone blew up?” he asked.
While the Zionist regime’s war of aggression against Iran has entered the 10th day, the US stepped in and conducted military strikes on three nuclear sites in Iran early Sunday.
