Iran’s Mobini Makes History in 2025 Asian Athletics Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Reyhaneh Mobini won a gold medal on Day 3 of the 2025 Asian Athletics Championships on Thursday.
She made history in the women’s long jump, taking the gold medal with a 6.40m effort.
Indian jumpers Ancy Sojan Edappilly and Shaili Singh won the silver and bronze medals with 6.33m and 6.30m, respectively.
The 26th Asian Athletics Championships are taking place from May 27 to 31 in Gumi, South Korea.
