Esteghlal Wins 2024-25 Iran’s Hazfi Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Esteghlal football team defeated Malavan 1-0 on Thursday to win the 2024–25 Iran Hazfi Cup title.
Rouzbeh Cheshmi scored the winning goal in the 120th minute at Arak’s Imam Khomeini Stadium.
The Hazfi Cup is an Iranian knockout football competition held annually by the Football Federation Islamic Republic of Iran.
Esteghlal is the most decorated football team in the Hazfi Cup.
Esteghlal will represent Iran in the 2025–26 AFC Champions League Two.
