Iran Volleyball Team to Play Two Friendlies with Italy
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s national volleyball team will meet Italy in two friendly matches on May 30 and 31.
The warm-up games will be held as part of preparation for the 2025 FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League.
Roberto Piazza’s Iran will start the prestigious campaign with a match against Brazil in Rio de Janeiro on June 11.
Iran will also meet the US, Slovenia, and Ukraine, respectively in the following days in Week 1.
The Italian coach named his 16-man team for the VNL on Monday.
