Israeli Forces Raid West Bank Homes of Palestinian Prisoners Ahead of Release
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Israeli forces raided the homes of several Palestinian prisoners in the occupied West Bank ahead of their expected release as part of a seventh handover.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Office (ASRA), soldiers threatened the families and warned them against holding celebratory events.
The raids took place in villages and towns across Ramallah, Hebron (Al-Khalil), and Bethlehem, the monitor reported.
Israeli authorities have conducted similar operations during previous prisoner releases, also restricting families from approaching military detention centers where detainees were freed.
