2023 Junior Kabaddi World C’ships: Iran Downs Chinese Taipei
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran overpowered Chinese Taipei 62-25 in Group A of the 2023 Junior Kabaddi World Championships in Orumiyeh, Iran.
The defending champion will meet Uganda on Wednesday in its second match.
The teams will play the group-stage matches in a round-robin format. After that the top two teams in each group will qualify for the quarterfinals, to be held on March 2.
The semifinals will be played on March 3, while the Junior Kabaddi World Championships 2023 final will be held on March 4.

Group A: Iran, Chinese Taipei, Uganda
Group B: Kenya, Iraq, Palestine
Group C: Bangladesh, India, Thailand
Group D: Pakistan, Nepal, Georgia
