Yemeni Drones Strike Israeli Ramon Airport Transit Hall

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Israeli media confirmed on Sunday that Yemeni drones penetrated deep into occupied territories, striking the transit hall of Ramon Airport in southern occupied Palestine and forcing settlers to flee in panic.

Reports from outlets of the Israeli regime acknowledged the attack, with military radio admitting that three drones were launched from Yemen toward occupied Palestine, entering Sinai airspace.

Sirens were activated in Be’er Milka in the Negev following fears of a drone incursion.

The so-called Israeli home front command also confirmed alarms in Nitzana after attempted interceptions.

Channel 14 of the regime reported that fire crews were dispatched to Ramon Airport after a Yemeni drone hit the transit hall.

Footage showed thick plumes of smoke rising from the strike site as terrified settlers scrambled to escape.

This comes despite earlier Israeli army claims that its forces had intercepted three drones, asserting that two were shot down before reaching occupied airspace.

Yemeni armed forces have not yet issued a formal statement.

However, Nasr al-Din Amer, senior member of the Ansarallah movement, declared that operations against the “criminal Zionist enemy” will intensify, describing them as both a defense of Yemen and a response to Israeli aggression, as well as an expression of solidarity with Palestinian resistance in Gaza.
