Araqchi Stresses Promotion of Iran-Russia Ties
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Highlighting the significance of bilateral relations, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized the need to expand Iran-Russia economic and trade cooperation.
In a meeting with Iran’s new consul to Russia’s Astrakhan, held in Tehran on Saturday, Araqchi highlighted the importance of relations between Tehran and Moscow.
The foreign minister stressed the need to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the economic, trade, commercial, cultural and consular fields.
He also urged the new envoy to care about the handling of services for the Iranian expatriates during his tenure.
