Water Outages in Israeli Industrial, Residential Settlements after Pumps Disruption

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The explosion of one of main pumping stations of Israeli city of Beit Shemesh has caused water outages in the area for several days.

Following unknown incidents at urban infrastructure, local media in Israeli city of Beit Shemesh reported the explosion of one of the city's main water pumping stations. They also likened the water flowing in the streets to raging rivers.

Also, media in the city of Tiberias reported similar a disruption in the city's industrial area and announced that the water outage incident for several days had forced the town's industrial factories to close.

They reported that the development has caused economic damage and dissatisfaction among factory owners in the region.

Following dissatisfaction among the residents of these areas for several days of water outages, a spokesperson for the Israeli water company issued a statement apologizing to residents and factory owners and announcing that the water outages would continue for the next few days.

The spokesperson added that experts are trying to find the source of these incidents and take steps to repair them.
