Iran’s Embassy in Japan Condemns Germany’s Support for Israeli Aggression
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian Embassy in Japan strongly denounced the German Chancellor for backing Israeli regime’s attacks on Iran, criticizing Berlin’s position as shameless complicity in violations of international law.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Japan issued a statement posted on its official X account, rebuking the German Chancellor’s remarks defending Israel’s aggression.
The statement said the aggressors — the Israeli regime, the United States, and their European allies — demonstrate a complete abandonment of the core principles of international law and the UN Charter, specifically the jus cogens norms, the bedrock of international peace and security, that prohibit any use of force.
The Embassy said the German Chancellor, who previously defended the "dirty work" of the Israeli regime on their behalf, now claims the Israeli regime's aggression against Iran was lawful.
It added that Britain’s Foreign Secretary praised the German Chancellor in the House of Commons, stating that Iran "could not assume Israel would not strike its nuclear sites again."
The Embassy also condemned NATO’s Secretary-General for lauding US President Donald Trump over what it described as his “extraordinary accomplishment.”
The Iranian mission concluded that the outlaws are readily apparent; their conduct is shameless and overt.
