TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran defeated Argentina 3-1 (25-21, 22-25, 25-22, 25-22) in the men’s Volleyball Nations League 2025 on Friday.
Morteza Sharifi earned 14 points for Iran, and Argentina’s Pablo Sergio Koukartsev scored 18 points.
Iran had defeated Serbia 3-1 on Wednesday.
Team Melli will play Germany and the Netherlands on Saturday and Sunday.
The 2025 FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League is the seventh edition of the FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League, an annual men's international volleyball tournament.
It is being held from June 11 to August 3, 2025, with the final round to take place at the Beilun Gymnasium in Ningbo, China.
