All Border Crossings Open: Iranian Official
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – None of the land border crossings around Iran is closed, an official said.
The director general of the transit bureau of Iran’s Road Maintenance and Transportation Organization said on Tuesday that all borders in Iran are open to passengers and freight.
The traffic of travelers and cargo is smoothly in progress at all border crossings and the process of trade exchanges with the neighbors via the land borders is being operated normally as well, Javad Hedayati stated.
He noted, however, that the Israeli strikes on Iran and the need for security precautions have slowed down the process of entry of passengers and goods into the country to some extent, adding that the situation is improving.
