Israeli Psychological Collapse Surges 350% amid Fear of Iranian Strikes: Hebrew Media

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Hebrew-language sources have reported a 350% increase in calls to trauma centers in occupied Palestine following Iran’s retaliatory missile strikes, reflecting widespread psychological distress among the Israeli population.

Hebrew daily Maariv reported that, in the hours following Iran’s powerful attacks against the Zionist regime, the number of Israelis seeking psychological support surged by 350%.

The newspaper cited data from the Israeli Trauma Center Association, which assists those affected by war-related mental trauma.

According to Efrat Shafrut, Director General of the center, Israelis across the occupied territories flooded the hotline, describing symptoms such as panic attacks, trembling, crying, elevated heart rates, and extreme anxiety.

Shafrut added, “People were calling and saying they had lost control and were too scared to leave the shelters.”

Analysts say the intensity and scale of Iran’s operation have created an unprecedented psychological impact on illegal Israeli settlers, especially since it marks the first time since 1948 that Israelis find themselves under direct, sustained missile attacks deep within occupied land.

For three consecutive days, the Israeli public has awakened in a state of fear and confusion, with Hebrew media shifting from typical war rhetoric to full coverage of injuries, scenes of destruction, and overwhelmed hospitals.

Those watching Israeli television now see a dramatic shift in tone: commentators have replaced slogans of deterrence and dominance with discussions about collapsed buildings, displaced families, civilian casualties, and a deeply shaken public psyche.

This transformation underscores the deep psychological toll inflicted on the Zionist entity following Iran’s unprecedented response to Israeli aggression.
