Fábio Carille: Latest Candidate for Esteghlal's Hot Seat
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Brazilian coach Fábio Carille has reportedly emerged as the latest candidate linked with Iran’s Esteghlal football club.
The 51-year-old manager recently served as head coach of Brazilian club Vasco da Gama.
Esteghlal is seeking to appoint a foreign coach as a replacement for Mojtaba Jabbari. Under Jabbari’s leadership, Esteghlal won the 2024-25 Iran Hazfi Cup.
Among the other candidates is Portuguese head coach Ricardo Sa Pinto.
