Anonymous Declares War on Daesh
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Hacker group Anonymous has declared war against the ISIL Takfiri group following the terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday night.
Posting a video on YouTube, the group said it would use its knowledge to "unite humanity" and warned the terrorists to "expect us", The Mirror reported on Sunday.
Behind their signature mask, a spokesperson speaking in French said, "Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down. You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go. We will launch the biggest operation ever against you.”
"Expect massive cyber attacks. War is declared. Get prepared,” the spokesperson added.
"The French people are stronger than you and will come out of this atrocity even stronger."
Late on Friday, a string of coordinated attacks in and around the French capital left at least 132 people dead and some 200 others injured.
A state of emergency has been declared in the European country shaken by the horrific attacks.
The West and its regional allies have been blamed for supporting the militants operating inside Syria for more than four years.
According to the United Nations, more than 250,000 people have been killed and one million wounded in the conflicts in Syria.
