Esteghlal on Verge of Finalizing Aboubakar’s Deal: Report
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian club Esteghlal is reportedly on the verge of finalizing an official deal with Cameroonian international striker Vincent Aboubakar.
Esteghlal aims to strengthen its squad during the summer transfer window, foot-africa.com reported.
Last season, Aboubakar scored seven goals for Hatayspor and provided two assists in 25 matches.
The international Cameroonian forward had also been linked with a move to Esteghlal’s archrival Persepolis.
Aboubakar has played for the French club Lorient and Portuguese side Porto.
