Giorgi Gvelesiani Joins Iran's Sepahan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Georgian defender Giorgi Gvelesiani joined Sepahan football club on Friday.
Gvelesiani, who was deemed surplus to requirements in Persepolis in April, has penned a oneyear deal with the Iranian team.
The Georgian defender had joined Persepolis from Sepahan in 2022 and helped the Reds win two titles in Iran football league and Hazfi Cup.
Gvelesiani has represented Georgia national football team 10 times.
