Iran Names New Envoy to China
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli was appointed as Iran’s new ambassador to China.
The spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday that Rahmani Fazli has been selected as Iran’s new ambassador to Beijing.
Rahmani Fazli is succeeding Mohsen Bakhtiar, who served as Iran’s ambassador to China for two years.
The new envoy used to serve as the interior minister for eight years in the administration of former Iranian president Hassan Rouhani.
