Global Mass Rallies Held in Support of Palestinians As Gaza Telecommunications Restored

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Pro-Palestine rallies were held across the globe in support of Palestinians affected by the ongoing Israeli offensive in Gaza that have angered the international community.

In India's Kerala state, over 100,000 people gathered in Kozhikode, voicing their support for Palestine and the need for an end to Israel's attacks on Gaza.

Organized by the Kerala committee of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), the rally aimed to draw global attention to the ongoing crisis in the region and the necessity of international intervention for absolute peace.

In Melbourne, Australia, thousands of demonstrators joined a protest in support of Palestinians, with people holding Palestinian flags outside the State Library. The Australia Palestine Advocacy Network (APAN) played a key role in organizing the rally.

In London, UK, the gatherings demanded a ceasefire and the protection of Palestinian lives. In Europe and Asia massive demonstrators called for international intervention and human rights protection for Palestinians.

As a result of the global outcry, telecommunications in the Gaza Strip, which had experienced a blackout, are gradually being restored. This development offers hope for Gazans, enabling them to reconnect with loved ones and check on their well-being in the midst of Israeli bombardment.

However, the situation in Gaza remains dire, with over 8,000 Palestinian civilians reported dead since the start of Israei assault three weeks ago.
