Woman Weightlifter Yousefi Withdraws from World Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian woman weightlifter Fatemeh Yousefi withdrew from the 2022 IWF World Weightlifting Championships
She is suffering from a right clavicle injury and is not fit yet.
Yousefi represented Iran at the +87kg weight class in the 2022 Asian Weightlifting Championships held in Bahrain in October.
The 2022 World Championships is scheduled to be held in Bogota, Colombia from December 5 to 16.
