Addressing a Sunday meeting focused on assessing the latest status of energy supply for industries and producers, Pezeshkian praised the efforts of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Petroleum for advancing optimization programs and expanding renewable energy initiatives.

“With the completion of ongoing solar panel projects and the implementation of consumption management measures, a major share of the nation’s energy imbalances will soon be eliminated,” the president said.

He also underscored the need for smart management of energy resources during the upcoming cold season, stressing that ensuring adequate electricity and gas supplies for producers and industrial sectors is an absolute priority for the government.

“Sustained production secures people’s livelihoods and keeps the national economy dynamic,” Pezeshkian added.

He further instructed the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade to facilitate the installation of solar systems in industrial units, noting that all industrial complexes must be equipped with solar panels.
