In a telephone conversation on Saturday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and his Pakistani counterpart Muhammad Ishaq Dar underscored the importance of expanding regional engagement and utilizing all available capacities in the fields of trade and transit.
They also stressed the need to enhance bilateral and multilateral cooperation to serve shared regional interests.
The two ministers further emphasized the significance of promoting active diplomacy, information exchange, and regional coordination to advance peace and stability across the region.
They also welcomed the cessation of genocide in Gaza and exchanged views on future joint efforts to support peace and humanitarian initiatives.
