Iran’s Women’s and Men’s Futsal Teams Unchanged in FIFA World Rankings
TEHRAN (Tasnim) — The latest edition of the FIFA Futsal World Rankings was released on Friday and Iran’s women’s and men’s futsal teams remained unchanged in the rankings.
In the women’s rankings, Brazil remains at the top, which serves as the basis for pot allocation used when the draw for the eagerly anticipated tournament is held on 15 September.
Iran’s women’s team remains ninth, while Thailand and Japan have moved up one and five places respectively to fourth and fifth.
In the men’s rankings, Iran’s team remains fifth. Brazil leads the ranking, followed by Portugal, Spain, Argentina, and Iran.
