Iran Warns of Retaliatory Strike on Israel’s Clandestine Nuclear Facilities
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Supreme National Security Council of Iran warned Israel that any attack on the Iranian nuclear facilities will trigger a proportional retaliation that will hit the Zionist regime’s secret nuclear facilities.
In a statement released on Monday, the Supreme National Security Council praised the Iranian Intelligence Ministry for its success in gaining access to a huge amount of documents and data on the Israeli regime’s nuclear activities.
The statement said the Intelligence Ministry’s remarkable achievement in the wake of smart planning and efforts made without fanfare has been made in parallel with the tireless efforts by the Iranian Armed Forces to develop operational capabilities proportional to the weaknesses and strengths of the Zionist regime and its sponsors.
The SNSC said the access to the data on Israel and the completion of Iran’s intelligence and operational cycle have allowed the Islamic Republic to immediately respond to any possible Israeli act of aggression against Iran’s nuclear facilities by striking the Zionist regime’s clandestine nuclear facilities.
The statement also warned Israel that any evil action against Iran’s economic or military infrastructures will draw retaliatory reaction proportional to the type of aggression.
Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib confirmed on Sunday that his forces have acquired strategic documents and data about the Israeli regime’s nuclear activities, saying the documents will be made public soon.
Asked if the documents include any non-nuclear data, the intelligence minister said, “They also include other documents about relationship with the US, Europe and other countries, as well as intelligence documents that would boost the country’s (Iran’s) offense power.”
