Iran Exporting Technical, Engineering Services in Water, Soil Sectors to 19 States
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An official at Iran’s Ministry of Agriculture said the country is exporting technical, engineering and electromechanical services to 19 countries.
Iran is exporting technical, engineering and electromechanical services to 19 countries, including Iraq, Armenia and Uzbekistan, Safdar Niyazi Shahraki said.
The deputy minister of agriculture for water and soil affairs also said that 50% of the projects of the ministry are related to water and soil.
Niyazi Shahraki pointed to the smarting of the irrigation system and noted that intelligent irrigation systems should replace the current systems and the country should employ irrigation systems according to the world’s most modern technologies, IRNA reported.
Back in January, a spokesperson for Iran’s water industry said that the country has gained many achievements in the field of constructing equipment and machinery needed in the water and wastewater sector.
By constructing advanced equipment in the water and wastewater sector, the private sector of the country has paved the way for the accurate management of water consumption in the country, he added.
