Dženan Zajmovic Joins Zob Ahan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Belgian-Bosnian forward Dženan Zajmovic joined Iran’s Zob Ahan football team.
The 30-year-old striker has penned a two-year deal with the Iranian top-flight club.
Zob Ahan, headed by Ghasem Haddadifar, will start the 2025/26 Iran Professional League (IPL) on Monday with a match against Paykan in Isfahan.
Zajmovic started his playing career in Lokomotiva Zagreb and has also played in Politehnica Iași, Travnik, Sogdiana Jizzakh, and Radnik Surdulica.
Zajmovic has most recently played for TS Galaxy in South Africa.
